Will Fernandez was born in Cuba in 1959 and has called Key West home for over twenty-five years, painting the island's light and carving its spirit out of clay, wood, and stone. In 1999 he walked away from commercial art entirely to make work on his own terms — and hasn't stopped since. Learn more here
